  • I didnt receive my package but its showing as delivered. What should I do?
    If your tracking number shows a delivered order but you didn't get your package, you'lI need you to file a claim with USPS Missing Mail Claims (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm). We can't file the claim since we are not the recipient. Once you complete their survey on the package details, they'll begin their internal investigation. Some of the information you'll need to complete the claim is your tracking number and the sender's address which is: Opulence Clothing PO BOX 3284 Apollo Beach, FL 33572. Within a day, USPS will proceed into investigating where your package is and update you as they make progress via email & phone. Please be on the lookout for these emails and calls. Be sure to check your junk mail too! Sometimes these emails get accidently filtered into the Spam folder. During the investigation, USPS will either recover and deliver your missing mail, or email you other details regarding your package. Any legit missing packages will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We will just need a copy of the USPS final investigation email to move forward with a replacement or refund.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Your order can take anywhere from 2-20 business days depending on the customized nature of the pieces being requested. Most packages ship within 3 business days with 2-3 day delivery. Products requiring more than a 6 day receipt time are usually on backorder and will be noted on products in red.
  • When will I receive my pre-order?
    If you purchase an item in pre-order status, then it means that Opulëncė does NOT have the item available for sale as of yet and you are reserving your purchase ahead of its general public release. All pre-orders are subject to a 2-3 week shipping time. When placing an order for pre-orders, you are acknowledging that you understand these terms of the shipping times.
  • I placed my order a few days ago. Where is my tracking number?
    Nearly all items ship within 72 hours. If you havent received a tracking number by then, please email opulence.bsi@hotmailcom with your order number in the email subject line.
  • Which shipping methods does Opulëncė Clothing use?
    USPS First-Class and Priority shipping services as well as ePacket.
  • Does Opulëncė ship globally?
    Global shipping is not an option right now but will be in the near future. Subscribe to our mailing list to be one of the first to know when this new feature rolls out.
  • I want to be an Opulënce Clothing brand ambassador. How do I sign up?
    We are always looking for brand ambassadors! Fill out our Ambassador Application to be considered.
  • I want to order some items wholesale for my own boutique? Can I order the pieces I like in bulk from Opulëncė?
    Wholesale options are available with a $250 minumum purchase order. To inquire about getting a wholesale quote, please email opulence.bsi@hotmail.com

  • Whats your return policy?
    If the item is received defective or not up to the standards at which you purchased the item, you may return your purchase for a full refund withing 3 business days of your orders delivery date. Exchanges will be accepted within 7 business days of the confirmed delivery of your purchase. Exchanges are handled via USPS mail. Exchange shipping fees (sending the item back to us) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • What payment methods are accepted at checkout?
    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Discover, Maestro, Diners, JCB, Electron, China UnionPay and Afterpay.
